Your First Chiropractic Visit

The visit will last from 60-90 minutes and includes an analysis of you as a complete being and not just the area of complaint.  This first visit will be a complete assessment of your physical, mental and emotional health.  If the reason for your visit is a recent motor vehicle accident or a worker’s compensation claim, there will be certain questionnaires that you will be required to complete.

You will be asked to supply details about your current ailments, past medical history, social history, family history and lifestyle habits (exercise, hydration, diet, sleep, etc.).  A physical examination will follow the history.  Chicago Institute of Natural Health provides onsite laboratory testing and x-ray exams as required.
